What can Moltbot do?

Under its former name Moltbot (now OpenClaw), the agent can automate many of the digital tasks a person might perform on their computer or through online services. It can search and organize local files, run shell commands, execute Python or other scripts, and integrate with APIs to send messages, schedule events, or control smart-home devices when configured. Through a chat interface, you can ask it to draft emails, generate reports, scrape websites, or orchestrate multi-step workflows like "gather these documents, summarize them, and notify me." Advanced setups let Moltbot extend itself by generating new "skills" or code, gradually expanding what it can handle over time.
